Lovely garden, confortable and attractive rooms, yummy breakfast and kind and helpful hosts. Close to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay!

This is really a wonderful B&B. The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful, the room with modern convenience and authentic simplicity, the breakfast good and of big portion. Mr. Dinh and his mother Thom are amazing hosts. Compliments to them! Also, Dinh is so nice to arrange for transfers and tours and is always ready to help. We can't recommend more!

There is only one issue that is worth improving: though very nice, the bed linen is of polyester which causes much static effect, better change to cotton linens. Still this won't stop us from giving them a full 10!

Incredible experience staying here. My friend and I felt very safe, comfortable and well cared for by the owner and her son. The room was cozy, clean, and warm, and two adorable cats live on the property and love cuddles. The breakfast was just incredible every morning, as well as the coffee. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ninh Binh!

A classical Northern Vietnamese place. The owner and his mother (Thom) really makes you feel like you're at home. We were well taken care of, and breakfast was a very nice add-on. He's easily reachable by phone and gave useful tips during our stay.

Beautiful home stay with a lovely family. The bedding used was so soft and comfortable.

Such a wonderful homestay, wonderful people, service and location. They helped us with booking onward travel and gave us a helpful map of all the local sights. Oh and the coffee is great.

Beautiful home and garden tucked away from the main strip hosted by a friendly mother and son (get ready to eat lots of pomelos). We hired good quality bicycles from the homestay for only 50kpp for the day, making it easy to visit the nearby sites. Rooms were clean and well decorated.

Such a lovely stay! They are amazing hosts, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The property is beautifully maintained, rooms are newly renovated, breakfast is fresh and super yummy, but the people are the nicest part of it all, thank you so much Dinh and Thom! Hope we will be back :)
