False promises - the owner promised an invoice but he refuses now (he is ignoring us), so I cannot reimburse the expenses. Unnecessarily long wait for a refund (almost 2 weeks). To get keys you need to walk through mud. Extremely small toilet.

It is a scam. I booked and no one was there, no room. No contact to the landlord possible, even booking.com could not reach them. DANGEROUS. Absolutely Gangster
