Couldn’t figure out air conditioning! No information about technical systems in Apartment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The price is so good what you get for the price is way beyond measure. It is just wonderful the residents there were so friendly. The communication was concise and prompt with the owners. We just could not have asked for a better unit to rent for the last part of our vacation. The shower was wonderful and the kitchen was so nice. The bed was comfortable and everything about it was just phenomenal. We unfortunately had to leave a little bit early due to my husband‘s illness, but it was very hard to leave. We could have stayed there for much much longer. I highly recommend this day. It is walkable to anywhere in downtown Saint Petersburg. The only reason I did not give it an exceptional is because it is right beside the highway and there was construction one evening and it was very difficult for us to get to our place because the road was closed, but that is not the fault of the property owners at all location is convenient to downtown and easy to hop on 275 to head to Tampa or Bradenton.

Clean, great shower, comfortable bed, TV, lots of space

Walls were thin, could hear a lot from the room next to me

The place was very nice and clean and had a full kitchen, great if you are staying for a longer period of time. The location is good and only a 5 minute walk into the main street of St Pete. The shower was also very nice

It would be nice to have a blind covering the window on the back door, but that's not that big of an issue

Great value. Awesome location for us. Easy reliable parking.
