Beautiful space, lots of character, historical feel, short walk to the centre of town, everything within easy walking distance, lots of food options nearby.

We visited during an exceptionally hot week, the property description included a fan, happy to find an air conditioner which kept the bedroom cool but the heat down stairs was uncomfortable even with the fan. The temperature indicator outside the nearby chemist shop showed 44 degrees one day.

Beautiful apartment with loads of character and charm. The window into the garden is very special. Lots of space and a small, cleverly laid out kitchen. Would happily live here. Great location and value too

The description of the apartment as having a double bed and sofa bed was inaccurate. The apartment only had one double bed and despite a confirmation from booking.com that there were two beds available this was not the case. The owner only advised us there was just one bed the evening before, despite the booking having been made in January, and the message wasn't seen by us until our arrival at the apartment, by which time it was too late to change. The end result was that one of us had to assemble a makeshift bed from cushions from the sofa! The owner promised to try and arrange a second bed for our second night but never did.

We spent 3 nights in this lovely accommodation.The appartment is in an old building on the ground floor and has a unique character. On the first floor there is a living room with huge windows overlooking an inner garden, and a kitchenette. In the second floor is the bedroom and the bathroom. Every detail is a piece of art. I loved the frescoes on the walls. The location is just perfect - right next to the centre of Ferrara, yet in a quiet street.

The bedroom on the second floor is quite dark but it didn't bother me a lot since we only used the room for sleeping.

Charme , authenticité , situation

Really beautiful place in Ferrara. Nice view on the garden, great position and clean flat. We had nice time here, we hope to come back in future. The host(Cesare) available to give good tips on Ferrara.
