Great hotel fantastic grounds and pools.

Staff was so wonderful . The rescort so good

They need lift for staff . And for the guests.

Breakfast was great. Alot of variety Spa services were great. Frida was excellent Agatha was really helpful after my frustrations with the rooms.

Check in was very slow. After 30mins i was still waiting to fill out check in forms. On inquiry they told me thete was a problem with getting rooms next to each other. After further waiting i was informed the tooms would be available later as they were not clean i got to the rooms after about 4 hours

The staff are so friendly - every single one of them and a special shout out to the guards (askaris) who were always cheerful. The food is absolutely outstanding. The variety for vegetarians is brilliant.

Only one thing- the smoking area is right near the main walkway. So when walking through the hotel- lots of smoke hits you. Would be much better to have the smoking area well to the side.
