Positive note: The view is truly spectacular.

I am trying to stay objective and stick to the facts: The location provided for the property is incorrect. The distance to the beach is about 1,600 m, not 300–400 m as stated in the description, and includes an 80 m climb. The agency commented, “you need a car there.” In reality, it should be a 4x4 or similar vehicle, as the path is steep and rocky. To avoid the worst part of the trail, we always took a detour of about 1 km, 2,5 km in total. In the garden, there is a recurring sewage odor, though wind conditions usually make it tolerable. The toilet flush is very loud and can easily wake anyone sleeping in the adjacent room. The agency even offers earplugs for nighttime use. We requested to have a 5th person stay in the house and were charged €30 per day. The same rate applied for a late checkout by just two hours. The property is not rented by the owner but by an agency, although the listing states “rented out by owner.”
