Realice la reservación y confirmación de mi estadía, me comuniqué por medio de la aplicación para decirles cuando llegaba, sin embargo, me llamaron del hotel para comentarme que ya habían dado mi reserva y mi habitación a otra persona, su excusa: que solo tenemos desde las 14:00 hasta las 15:30 para hacer el check in, siendo que en la aplicación dice que tu puedes llegar desde las 2 pm hasta la media noche, viví una experiencia muy mala, viaje desde lejos y me quede sin hospedaje, espero este comentario les sirva a otros usuarios y busquen otra opción de hospedaje.

La ubicación de verdad aunque parece lejano al centro es mucho mejor porque te relajas del ruido totalmente y la vista a la Malinche es algo genial

Zum Ausruhen und Wandern im Naturschutzgebiet ist das ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich sehr. Allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben, da es keine Versorgung gibt.
