the original booked room was fairly tight.. i was graciously offered a bigger room

Ann and her staff were so warm and welcoming. Dinner was very tasty, the breakfast included was plentiful with great coffee. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Bonus was we got to take the bikes at no charge to the park. Very happy with our stay. Very lovely spot.

We loved the private terrace outside our room which was specious and comfortable. Nice place to eat in the evening too. The setting of the different rooms feels like a small village. It has such a relaxed atmosphere. Our wonderful host Ann told us Baan means village in Thai. She speaks Italian fluently and very good English. She was extremely helpful whenever we asked her something. We had to move the dates of our booking and the communication was faultless. Her boyfriend took us to get some bikes and they returned them for us. A brilliant stay, very relaxed stay.

Everything was great, it is real GUESThouse, because we felt warm and welcomed like we are guests in a house ☺️ House is well furnished in a very cozy Thai style There is an option to eat food, fried rice was very tasty and reminded risotto a little, maybe because homeowner spent a lot of time in Italy. They provided a bicycles for us and we had a chance to explore historical park and enjoyed it a lot. On the last day they were so kind and even gave us a ride to the bus station because it was on their way. I forgot my hat in the hotel and they were very kind and sent to to my friend in Chiangmai.
