"Norm, clean, no parking"

The host was really nice, but unfortunately didn’t speak English and only answered in Italian, which was uncomfortable but when we met they tried to do most.

No parking near property and parking in that city is a big pain, it’s expensive and to find a spot in the evening anywhere near property is hard. Payed for parking and still got ticket, would be much easier if property would offer some kind of place or at least card that would make possible to buy parking on residential price. Also something to be aware about is water storage, apparently at some point there might be no water in property for different reasons. Think it’s important to mention it here, as it was not mention in any disruption and we got to know about this only at property.

"Nice apartment in the historic centre with lovely, helpful owners."

Very nice apartment in such an amazing localisation in the heart of the historic city center. Everything was super clean and the owners are such a wonderful family- very helpful and caring. Definietely 10/10!

On the second day something broke in the engine which pumps the water. It wasn’t anybodys fault - sometimes it just happens. But I want to emphasize how the owners reacted: They immidietely came to check the water pump and when they couldnt fix it, they arrange the professionals in the next morning. To sum up: I didnt like that we ran out of water but the reaction of owners was awesome!
