Excelente servicio de todo el personal, diseño bonito, la cama cómoda, la cómida deliciosa, los masajes buenos, en general fue muy buena la experiencia y sin duda me volveria a quedar.

El servicio es de primera, todo el staff y gente del hotel es muy atenta y siempre preguntando su necesitas algo, en resumen mi estancia fue muy buena y placentera.

La relación calidad-precio no me gustó mucho los precios se me hicieron un poco elevados para lo que es. El café muy malo, los chilaquiles en la mañana no taaaaaan buenos, la comida en general siento que puede mejorar mucho.

The rooms are very small and not practical. The shower leaked out into the room. The toilet did not have a toilet cover, there is no tissues in the room. The bathroom “wall” is glass, little to no privacy. And the walls are paper thin.

It was a lovely property. I came with a group and we had a great time. We loved the sauna experience and pool time. And the food was so so delicious.

The staff messed up my reservation/payment and consistently had me coming back to the front desk when I was only there for one night. So it was annoying to spend such a short visit revisiting the front desk for errors and then no apology for the time. We got it worked out, but I would have appreciated it being handled quickly on the front end or informed of the issues before arrival.
