"Good hotel, but a lot of opportunities regarding staff. They need more training on customer service."

The Pool and the Temazcal

We were robbed $400 USD from our hotel. Right from my wife's purse while we were at the pool. Of course the hotel didn't took any responsibility, so I will not be staying again.

"Perfect place to relax and disconnect from all the hustle and bustle"

The aesthetic of the building and grounds is beautiful, we stayed in the presidential suite which was stunning. The service was very good, a employee called Offelia was very hard-working and helpful.

Great location, beautiful room, excellent breakfast, great service, enjoyable pool area, quiet.

The beef they served was surprisingly bad compared to everything else we ate.
