"Really great! It's number 149 not 95 as Uber sent me."

It was nice and clean. Very comfortable. The owners gave all the details needed for the property. Love the fact that towels were included. Really nice shower. I'll definitely be staying again when I'm back that way!

It's not their fault but when using the location for directions through Google maps or Uber, it took us to the other side of the street. It was giving the location for 95 Cherry Orchard Road but the actual property is number 149.

"Excellent Value for money."

Stayed here twice now and it is as excellent as the first time I did. It had everything I needed, great host, great location, easy access to transport, affordable and clean accomdation. If it is available don't bother searching just book 🙂.

"Good place to stay"

The property is around 15-20 minutes from the centre of Birmingham by car, taxi [Veezu or Uber] to get to the centre and back costs around £11 each way. The property is in a quiet, clean residential area, there are local shops within walking distance. The property has a door entry system which is very secure. There are parks nearby.

The property is not very sound proof.

"A lovely two-night sojourn in Birmingham."

This is a beautiful apartment with everything a solo traveller would need within easy reach. It is spotlessly clean, and there is free parking right in front of it. Very close to Villa Park, the home of Aston Villa.

No complaints.
