This was a great place to stay for a night. It had all I needed, was clean and comfortable. The host was great too.

Sound-proof panelling which had been installed the day of my arrival fell from the wall during the night waking me repeatedly. I expect that this will be resolved but it did affect my stay significantly.

"Perfect. Lovely host and beautiful location."

I really enjoyed my stay here and it really did feel like home. The mini apartment was very clean and had all the facilities needed to make my stay comfortable. There is also a beautiful park behind the property and I loved taking walks in the evening. The staff responded to my queries promptly. There is a bus stop 9 mins walk from the property and you can easily catch bus to the city centre. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again when I visit Birmingham.

"Superb"

Very cosy small apartman. It is absolutely perfect for a short stay. I enjoyed the two days there. I strongly recommend it.

The apartman is a bit far from public transportation, 15 min walk from Hamstead station.

It’s was a really convenient to stay in this lovely place. Place was safe and very well maintained. Owner was really helpful. I have enjoyed my stay and I am going to stay again in the near future.

Clean , safe and lovely room with every facility. I was provided with fridge / freezer, Iron, coffee and tea facility .
