The location is perfect, the staff is very nice and the hotel is absolute perfection. We will definitely come back because me and my boyfriend were very satisfied

Excellent reception on arrival and our room was ready early. Comfortable beds, large bathroom.

Quite noisy overnight as people arrived /departed as doors were banging

It's a great location, close to Santa Catalina and Old Town with beautiful sunset views

The hotel policy is to request customers to physically write down credit card numbers and details onto a piece of paper. This poses a significant risk to customers since anybody with access to that piece of paper gains unlimited access to funds on the customer's card in perpetuity. It's also a serious violation of PCI DSS (data security standards) despite their form saying otherwise. This may also be illegal under GDPR. As somebody who's had their CC details misused by hotels before, I strongly encourage hotel management to use a solution for deposits that doesn't put customers at financial risk. There are many options for storing cc data securely so there's no real excuse for mistreating customer data this way. A couple of other problems during the stay were a very noisy bed frame (any movement would cause loud noises) and most clothing hooks being unusable due to not being installed correctly.

Location, reception staff particularly helpful and knowledgeable.

Room housekeeping was very late in the day and staff somewhat reluctant to accommodate our timings.

Voldoende keuze bij het ontbijt. Goed hotel voor midden in de stad. Met de bussen kan je zich vlot verplaatsen. Je zit in de stad dus op je kamer hoor je wel het verkeer.

We kregen een brief onder de deur dat je niet mag roken op de kamer en terras. Deed ons echt schrikken want deze was niet voor ons bedoeld want er stond een andere naam op. Je hebt altijd mensen zonder respect!

The hotel location is excellent!!! The lobby had a nice fresh scent! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!
