Whole place was pretty warm. Fans provided but didn't help in the heat.

It is very big and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It is beside a road and on the first floor so it is not very quiet.

Position was great, Close to il Campo , shopping and restaurants. Marianna was very helpful.

Could do with more lights in the lounge and bedroom, the stairs to ensuite toilet were a bit steep. Lots of traffic noise from the street beside.

While the location and the apartment are amazing, it is a bit noisy due to being on the ground floor.

We enjoyed our stay here for a week in October. It is only about 4 or 5 minutes walk from the Central Piazza del Campo, and about the same from the friendly and helpful managing agency. There is a small supermarket fairly close by and dozens of specialist food shops and restaurants within a couple of hundred metres. In winter or when it's raining there is a really interesting restaurant about 50 meters, 1 minute walk away behind the building. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and the concierge team dealt very quickly with a tiny plumbing problem which didn't really affect us anyway. The majority of ceilings are very tall but there are some very low ceilings in the corridors. Although it's on the ground floor there are a number of steps inside that would make it unsuitable for someone with mobility issues ( like almost every building in Siena its on a hill). Fixtures and fittings are all fairly new and the dishwasher and washing machine( and drying rack) were useful, and it had everything we needed.

The only small gripe was we would prefer a quilt cover to the sheet and a larger king size quilt would be nice as winter approaches.

Very central location, clean and comfortable rooms.

Because you can not enter old town with your rent a car, we had to park the car so far away out of old town and walked quite a long with our luggage.

Scaffolding outside with no view apart from building works. No nearby parking and no advice provided on available taxi access before arrival. Accessible access issues in different apartment levels if you have disabilities.
