Ottimo B&B, tornerò sicuramente! Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Osimo e ne sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto! L'appartamento era pulitissimo, spazioso e molto accogliente, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è comoda per visitare il centro storico e i dintorni, e ho apprezzato la tranquillità della zona. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, dandomi anche utili consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chi cerca un posto tranquillo, pulito e ben organizzato. Non esiterò a tornare la prossima volta che sarò a Osimo! Grazie per l'ottima accoglienza!

Moderna, pulita, attrezzata.

Sensori di movimento non troppo efficienti, capitava che uno entrasse dalla porta mentre l’altro era a casa e si spegnevano tutti gli elettrodomestici.

Giada has been very kind and responded quickly to all of our questions. The apartment is beautiful and freshly remodeled and it's conveniently located in a very quiet side street a stone throw from the city center. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Osimo!

Excellent location and very clean property.

There are motion detectors in the room for security, I’m assuming. However, it is a small studio and two motion detectors that turn on a bright blue light are very disturbing in a small space, especially since one is above the bed and pointed at you. Every time I moved in bed the light went on during the night, needless to say I didn’t sleep well. In addition, Google maps shows Via scalette not via le scalette - could be confusing for some people so should be clarified before arrival. Also be aware parking in the old town is very limited, is generally paid parking only and is not located onsite.

* Parking by the flat can be challenging. It's advisable to use the 'maxi-parcheggio' outside the city centre and walk back. There is a free elevator directly connected to the car park, which is very handy. From there to the flat it's less than 5 minutes by walk on pavement and cobbled street.
