Nice family run home stay, great location near tam coc lake with restaurants around lake. Very helpful, bicycle hire and scooter hire, helped book my onward trip to Cat Ba island at good price. Even made me early breakfast on last day. Nice room very clean, good aircon and fan, Clean modern bathroom with good hot shower. Nice swimming pool, cleaned every morning. Good breakfast fresh fruit and eggs and baguette. Enjoyed my stay here one of the best home stays on my trip.

Google maps will take you to a restaurant on the lake, the Homestay is behind this building, you have to take a side alley left. Easy to find or ask restaurant for directions.

the bed was sooooo big and comfy!!! and i really liked the spacious bathroom that i didn’t feel like i was showering over the toilet like other places. really yummy brekky and lots of fruit!

the alleyway needed to get to the property is dark and nerve wracking at night. have some kind of light source with you especially if alone and a woman.
