Tam Coc Hao Hao Homestay

We arrived a lot earlier than we expected on a night bus and got to Tam Coc Hao Hao Homestay at 5am. We put our bags down in the lobby and got ready for a rough night sleep on the floor, we were then greeted by the staff who let us check in early for a very reasonable fee of 150,000 VND and that was the best money we have ever spent. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean, the staff were exceptional and they really make you feel at home. Also the location is fantastic very close to the hustle and bustle but also in a quiet tucked away corner.

Location was great. Away from the busy main road but still incredibly close to the main centre. Very close to the end of the river where you can start your boat experience. The room was very big and clean. Hosts were super friendly and willing to help.

We couldn't get the shower to go hot. However we were well awake afterwards and probably missed a trick.

Nice place, near the center but still in a quiet neighborhood. The room was tidy and clean, they offered daily breakfast and had a bicycle rental onsite.

La habitación increíble, muy limpio, el Desayuno nos ha encantado y hemos disfrutado la piscina. Pero lo mejor de todo son ellos, unas personas increíbles y super agradables. Todo un 10. Recomendado al 100%.

Todo, el personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. También alquilamos unas motos y todo fue bien.

The hosts were very accommodating as we arrived early. The room was the biggest we had stayed in yet, extra large double/king-size bed. They provided us with water, tea and coffee facilities. The pool was beautifully clean and the surrounding areas tidy. We were the only ones there at the time so had the whole pool to ourselves. The breakfast was freshly made to order, including omelette, bread and fresh fruit. The little hosts (children) were great entertainment and friendly. We hired 2 bicycles and X1 moped via the host for good value.

A note rather than a dislike: the homestay is easily accessible by bike or foot but cars may struggle. We had a pick up and drop off at the end of the lake so may not be suitable for all.

Η οικογένεια που μας φιλοξένησε απλά ήταν υπέροχη. Ευγενική, χαμογελαστή και πολύ φιλόξενη. Το πρωινό είναι πλούσιο και νόστιμο. Τα δωμάτια είναι καθαρά με όλες τις παροχές, άνετα κρεβάτια και κλιματιστικό που λειτουργεί άριστα. Βρίσκεται 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο σε ένα ήσυχο σημείο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία και συγχαρητήρια για τον τρόπο που φροντίζετε τους ταξιδιώτες, συνεχίστε έτσι ❤️

Heel vriendelijke mensen die een mooi en rustig gelegen homestay uitbaten. Aangenaam groot zwembad waar je zelfs wat baantjes in kon trekken. Het ontbijt was lekker met keuze uit meerdere lekkere opties. We hebben fietsen (mountainbikes) gehuurd voor 1,5 euro per dag, wat echt een aanrader is om de buurt te verkennen. Het is maar een korte wandeling naar het centrum van Tam Coc.

Iets klein: wij waren er terwijl er een typhoon over het land trok en het pad dat naar de homestay leidt stond helemaal onder water langs beiden kanten. Hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar het is dus aangeraden om schoenen die tegen water kunnen mee te nemen.
