The hotel rooms are actually decent. The ones looking over the hills have an amazing view. The beds are really comfortable, ac worked, plenty of parking, not too noisy. As a building it's a pretty pleasant hotel.

Unfortunately I felt a bit deceived by the hotel. The booming said breakfast included, I had a long drive that day so a good easy breakfast was one of the reasons I booked. I noticed on that morning there were no indications of any service being offered so I asked and the girl said it was not on today due to the upcoming new year. This is 5 days before Tet bear in mind 5! Part of me thinks this was deception too. In the end I asked for a nominal discount off my hotel bill which she had to phone some sleepy man on the phone to seek permission. I'm not sure what she would have done had he said no as I wouldn't have paid anymore. That's all well and good but then they reported to booking I hadn't shown up for the room to try and claim more money off my card. I felt very deceived.
