El trato del personal, la decoración, las vistas, la ubicación y su excelente restaurante.

El colchón no era cómodo, aunque reconozco que soy una persona especialmente exigente para las camas.

Nos ha encantado estar allí. Nos han tratado como si fuéramos familia. Íbamos un grupo de 4, que sobre la marcha ampliamos a 6, con 3 habitaciones , y todo han sido buenas caras, familiaridad, ayuda, recomendaciones,... Ana, la dueña, es maravillosa, y toda la gente que trabaja allí, sin palabras, son increíbles... Ya estamos pensando en hacer otra escapada al Bierzo para volver. El hotel está muy cuidado, el jardín precioso. El desayuno buenísimo, todo casero, muy rico. El restaurante muy bueno. Cenamos allí un par de días, y genial. Y además se aparca en la puerta.

Nada podría haber ido mejor! Cero quejas!

Es un hotel molt bonic esta molt net i molt ben situat, el personal es molt amable i la qualitat preu esta molt be. Les habitacions son amplies i el matalàs es molt confortable. L esmorzar tambe esta molt be.
