MXThe surroundings with lots of plants, nice small swimming pool, nice room. Nice staff, very friendly. We were able to relax and do nothing after some hectic days at the beach in nearby playa.
It was not clear from booking advertising the location because it's about 19 KM from Tulum. So might be good to not show this accomodation for Tulum as it's not. Nevertheless it was nice and calm. Air conditioning was not fully working for the bedroom.
NLThe bed was super comfortable, and sheets were changed every other day. The villa was spacious and clean, with working air conditioning and wifi. The surrounding location around our villa was gorgeous, beautiful plants and landscaping. The pool was also beautiful and refreshing. We loved staying in the jungle outside of downtown Tulum as it was quiet and private. You definitely will want to rent a car or a motorbike if you are staying here, as it is not walkable to downtown Tulum. There is plenty of parking on site. We will be coming back some day!
My only complaint is that we couldn't figure out how to turn off our patio lights at night, and thus there was some low light streaming through the window at night, and we prefer total darkness. A very minor complaint, and not really an issue as I had packed an eye mask.

it’s a ways out but it’s quiet. The windows and screen doors don’t make a seal so the mosquitos get in from time to time. the staff is definitely hands off

ILthe place was beautiful, bit too many bugs and mosquitos all over- as it in the forrest... our bathroom was full of mosquitos and we couldnt enter it, and had to go to tolet in another room. .the place is quote, but far about 15 minutes drive from center of tulum
CAwow! It was like staying in our own private 5 star resort! incredible property with just a few large modern clean cabanas, scenic pool and lounging area. Absolutely beautiful. Friendly host greeted us upon arrival and got us settled in. Cabanas had kitchenette facilities and local grocery stores just a km away.

USGreat location with personal villa and private pool. We were the only guests at the time of our visit so the pool was really private. Excellent communication with host, attentful staff. The pueblo nearby has plenty of food options and small shops so it is easy to stay local and not need the car once securely parked. We very much enjoyed the screened gazebo to continue enjoying the evening once the bugs came out.
