Entire home! Waterfront and Trail-backing!

We were traveling to attend my grandson's Marine boot camp graduation on Parris Island, so this house could not have been more convenient for us. The door code worked seamlessly. The house is absolutely lovely and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped. The walking trail is right near the house and was also quite lovely. The one interaction we had with the host was extremely pleasant. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The air conditioner was set too cold for us. Other than that, there was nothing we didn't like.

There is plenty of room and comfortable.

Air condition only worked in half the house tiles were loose in the bathroom master floor wires were hanging off of lights over the sink cockroach found in the kitchen ants in middle bathroom and kitchen deck needs repair. There’s a hole in the lower part of the deck, the back of the house needs to be power washed. No directions on when trash needed to be put on the street no dishwasher detergent no extra blankets ceiling fan did not work in the front bedroom of the house.

Bed was not comfortable in master. Had some tv issues in that room but over all very nice

The house is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location. It was perfect for what we needed. The host was super nice and helpful with our check in.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, nice nature walk

This towel rack was broken when we arrived. A few other existing issues; a dresser drawer in the middle bedroom is unusable, it falls out when opened. The knob on a kitchen drawer is unattached and inside. Easy fix is a longer bolt. The toilet with the pedestal sink is slow to drain. There are two plungers in that bathroom, so I think this to be a known issue. We will stop using that bathroom in order to avoid a potential overflow. Additionally, the grout around the tile in bathroom of master bedroom is loose and so is a tile. The porch lights at front of house continually flicker when turned on, many of the light bulbs in the house do not function, there is a hole in a bedroom wall the door knob has created. The bottom crisper drawer in the refrigerator is broken. There was no information given about anything in the house; trash collection day, what to do with bed sheets. There are no extra blankets, pillows, towels. Some doors are misaligned and do not close completely. Batteries are missing from some TV remote controls. Basically the house suffers from deferred maintenance and neglect. All these messages were sent to host but they never replied.
