This property we stayed for 1 night on our travels, but if you’re looking for a place to stay a can recommend this property. We got the sleeper bus and arrived about 2am and we were able to contact Duy and they came down and let us in and checked us in straight away. Prior to arrive Duy had whatsapp us to introduce and welcome us. They were always happy to help if you wanted any trips organised or any suggestion they would go above and beyond for you. I would defo stay here again. They always cooked you breakfast in the morning which was yummy.

Friendly staff, good food

Värdarna var 1000/10, så otroligt hjälpsamma så man blir varm i hjärtat. Vi väckte stackars Duy mitt i natten när vår nattbuss anlände och han bemötte oss så bra trots att kl var 4 på morgonen. Rummet var bra städat, sängen skön och toaletten fräsch! Läget superbra också, nära busstationen. Vi fick även hjälp att boka buss vidare, funkade hur smidigt som helst!

Om man är kliniskt ren av sig kanske man inte borde bo här, pga rummet kan upplevas som lite gammalt med fuktskador i taket. Men det var inget vi såg som ett problem, utan hotellet var sjukt prisvärt!

Believe me, this place is tremendous. Just tremendous. We arrived at around 3am, very late and Duy, the manager, was there waiting for us. That’s called commitment. He personally let us in, showed us to our room, and made everything smooth. A great guy, really great. Communicated with us through a translate app. No problem at all, very smart, very efficient. Breakfast. Fantastic breakfast. Noodles, Pho’s. Exactly what you want. Then Duy helped us rent bicycles so we could explore the local area. We liked it so much we rented them for a second day. That tells you everything. Cycling through the countryside, water buffalo ploughing the fields, meeting local families. Incredible scenes, the kind of thing you remember forever. Very authentic. Very special. And it didn’t stop there. Duy helped us book a day trip to the Botanical Garden, Dark Cave, and Paradise Cave, all amazing, by the way. He told us to relax in our room and then personally called us when the tour bus arrived. No stress. No confusion. Perfectly organised. Duy helped us book an early morning bus to Hue, leaving at 7am, very early. Breakfast is usually served from 7 to 9:30 but he served us breakfast before we left. Made sure we didn’t leave on an empty stomach. That’s called going above and beyond. That’s how you run a hotel. The morning we were leaving for Hue, the bus drove right past the hotel. Just kept going. But Duy got in his truck, drove us to the next stop and to make sure we could get the bus and can continue our journey. That’s incredible service. You don’t forget something like that. Duy is a great manager, great human being. This place? Highly recommended. Five stars. Maybe six. We’ll be talking about this stay for a long time. Believe me.
