Luxurious new apartment in the heart of the city

The location was brilliant, the apartment was comfortable, clean & cosy.

The parking space was slightly daunting when we arrived! But amazing to have parking included so close to everything.

The location is great and we walked to the restaurants we had chosen (Etrusco and Jizo). It was great having a parking spot in the garage as parking is difficult on the street. The apartment is new and everything is new and sparkly, There is a good selection of staples in the pantry (eg oil; salt and pepper; tea). There is plenty of dishes and cutlery in the cupboards. The beds are comfy and the linens provided are of good quality. The decor of the apartment is stylish.

The second bedroom's door does not close because one of the beds blocks it. The bathrooms are sparkly and new but the vanities are so small that you struggle to get even a toothbrush on it! The steepness of the street is scary - do not attempt to approach this apartment with a manual!!!

A beautiful, clean home with all the amenities we could need for our family of four (including two teenagers). The location was excellent and it was so handy to be able to walk through to the main shopping area on George St; we barely needed to use our car. We stayed over Christmas and found it to be a very quiet location which was awesome.

The beds themselves were comfortable, however, it was the middle of summer and the feather/down duvets on the beds were way too hot. We also found the feather pillows unsupportive for ours heads and very uncomfortable. I had to go across the road to Lincraft and buy pillows.

The property was perfect for our girls weekend. So close to everything. The property was really warm, clean and comfy. We will definitely use it again!!

This was a perfect place in Dunedin where you simply walked to the centre of George Street in 2 mins! Instructions were great and very clear and we found the keys in the lock box easily. Great to have a car park too! We walked to the Octagon for dinner too. Very modern facilities with everything you need! Home from home! We will be back

Whilst it was fine for us, it was somewhat annoying having to go up the stairs for the toilet :) But couldn't fault anything about the apartment.
