Beautiful 2BR Apartment at Crystal City With Gym

Process to check in was easy. Code was provided to access the key to the apartment on the first floor. Margarita was very kind followying up before, during and after my stay. Lobby was very clean and updated. The apartment had all the basics. Very spacious, beds were clean and comfortable. Two blocks away from the crystal city metro station is great for getting around DC to visit museums. Check out was easy. Parking very convenient. Hot water was good in showers.

Was not informed that I have to pay extra to access the swimming pool.

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu meckern, da ist alles da, was man so braucht. Da hat die Unterkunft absolut den Erwartungen entsprochen. Auch der Parkplatz war extrem super. Die Lager hervorragend - keine 5 Minuten bis zur Metrostation. Auch die Behandlung der Beschwerde bzgl. nicht ausgewiesenen Poolpreisen war kulant (10% Discount beim nächsten Besuch) - aber nicht unbedingt beispielgebend. Alles in Allem ein super Aufenthalt aber zu viele versteckte Zusatzkosten.

Der bei booking.com angezeigte Preis (alles im EU Raum [Bruttopreise]) hat "vergessen" auf eine Extragebühr von 10 $ pro Person pro Tag für den Swimmingpool hinzuweisen. Und Unterkünfte ohne Pool gibt es zu deutlich günstigeren Preisen und solche mit inkludiertem Pool haben einfach einen leicht höheren Preis. Aber 30 $ Aufschlag pro Tag wo wir den Pool nur evtl. nutzen - nein, das muss nicht sein. Wenn man den Pool bedarfsweise nutzen könnte - ok. Aber für evtl. Nicht-Nutzung 150 Dollar extra?

Location, roomy

There was no hot water for all of us. We didn't have towels the ENTIRE stay. We called the number and asked staff. I will never come back. I should get a refund.

Location was great. It was spacious and clean.

The power went out in the evening and didn’t turn on until the morning. That was frustrating. Also, not having the ability to adjust for heat or cold because the building turned the AC off October 1st and it was mid 80s in October. Not comfortable, sadly.
