A great apartment. Very spacious and comfortable located near the beach. We had a problem with the toilet and the owner- Maia tried to help us immediately with this problem and with any other request we had. I highly recommend

The size of the flat, the view of the sea, the owner and very supportive.

Hearing bluvd noise. The extra bed and sofa bed were not comfortable.

The best apartment in town. Location is perfect. Beautiful view from window and balconies. Owners are very nice people and helpful. If I travel again to Batumi definetly will book same apartment. We really enjoyed it. I recommend this flat!
