Os Ninhos dos Avôs

It was really great to have access to a washer and dryer as a family and to have separate rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. There is parking available and the village is quiet. It's a short drive to a large super market which is very convenient.

Some of the power outlets were not well installed and a bit scary looking. Contact with the given host information wasn't super great. When we had an issue with the washing machine not working someone was sent to fix the issue but we received no reply to our messages and our calls went unanswered so we really had no idea what was going on or that our messages had even been seen. There is an odd wet smell in the home.

Nice village, good location to explore the island, not far from the airport. Parking place in front of the house, not on the road. Furniture is new, and nice. Safety is perfect. The cleanliness is outstanding. Towels were changed after some days for fresh and clean ones. Owner was helpful to solve the problems. Washing and drying machine in a common room, it was a great help.

After booking the apartment, there was a conversation about the avaibility of the air condition, which was confirmed. After arriving the apartment was not the same, that on the pictures of the booking.com. It was on the ground floor without air condition. After my complaint they offered another apartment in the neighborhood with AC and two bedrooms. It was ready for the evening, and some small problems were solved by the owner immediately (hairdryer, hot water, wifi). Hot plate was not working. Outdoor seating is not available.
