房間西曬所以如果夏天入住會很熱,有一間臥室居然沒有窗簾(因為掛桿壞了),房東也沒有修復,晚上睡覺非常沒有安全感.

L'état de l'appartement Le manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, tout le monde ne mange pas au restaurant 2x par jour! Fenêtres condamnées et en mauvais état.

The only positive is the location, which is quite good. But in our opinion, this doesn’t make up for all the other issues.

We only stayed at this apartment because all better-rated options were fully booked, and unfortunately, it turned out to be our worst experience in Norway. The bad impression started the moment we arrived: the property entrance was dirty, with rubbish scattered around. When we entered, the washing machine was running and didn’t finish until 9 PM. Meanwhile, we had to prepare our own beds, and the bedding was heavily wrinkled. It felt more like a hostel experience, despite paying a high price per night. Cleanliness: 0 out of 3. There was visible dust everywhere, and overall cleanliness was far below expectations. Windows & Air Circulation: One window was broken and patched up with plastic film, and windows couldn’t be opened — a major problem considering the weather was around 30°C. The air conditioning unit was also broken, so instead of cooling the room, it just circulated warm air. This made the entire stay very uncomfortable. Other Issues: • Shower cabin doors couldn’t be closed properly. • One of the window covers (blinds) was broken, and we had to improvise a fix ourselves — otherwise, we would’ve had bright daylight in the room all night. This is a small but important detail that should’ve been addressed before guests arrive. • Communication with the host was poor. We received no replies to our messages, so if you need anything urgently, don’t expect support. • There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Fabulous location close to heart of city with parking spot. Spacious and bright. Clear directions.

Garbage strewn through entrance. Host did not respond to any of my messages through app (only automated info). Window didn’t open in main bedroom (too hot to sleep there but we were there in unusually hot weather). Very sparse amenities (no hand towel or toilet roll holder). Ripped couch. Many things not fixed (broken light switches, cracked window). Could be very nice place with some repairs and care.

Location is great, super central and having a free car park next door was very convenient. Comfortable beds. Bright space. Communication was good and host helpful :-)

Pillows were wobbly, cheap ikea type. Window in main bedroom has broken glass fixed with tape and looking at the reviews it seems that this has been like this for a very long time. The windows were painted shut so you could not open to ventilate. The blinds in the second bedroom don’t go all the way down so can’t get dark which is not ideal in the Norwegian summer months. No kitchen towels in kitchen , no kitchen roll, nothing to wipe worktops with so we couldn’t clean after ourselves. Small touches missing which could make a difference. The entrance to the apartment block was very worn down and not inviting , didn’t bother us but might bother others.

Location and accommodation size.

The shower was cramped even though the bathroom was large. The stairs leading up to our room and the immediate outside parts of the building were in a very poor state of repair and maintenance of these areas is non existent.

The location of the property is ideal. Everything is within walking distance… But the kitchen and shower were dirty. Crumbs and grease stains all over the kitchen. You can even find used toothpicks in the shower.

Central location.

The decor was very stark and the communal areas need some work. Didn't really appreciate the owner looking to maximise his income with offers of trips and pick up from airport etc. The beds also were not very comfortable.
