Facilities were not good. Not worth the price.

Hot water was not available. Bed was not clean. Bathroom was not clean. Blanket were not been given.

It's logo read hospitality is our heritage Staff wants cash money for early arrival even if room is available very corrupt staff says shall make a deal at 50% if given cash

Hospitality which is totally missing un washed bed linen no tv, no towels, soaps, hot water, bath rooms worst than public toilet cockroaches were running all around have attached pics of toilet linen walls door lock holes... lift is not functional for almost a long long time. After payment only rooms shall be allowed to be seen said the front office person so our stay for 4 nights was cancelled and just lost one night payment and stayed for that night in another place. Total waste of money very unruly & threatening staff.

Location of property was good

The staff kept us waiting for checkin (35 mns) inspite of prior call about arrival time. Hospitality and courteousness may be he haven't heard of. I requested for towell and soap but I have been given towell only, not a big issue. But on sharing the list of facilities being offered got reply " nothing complimentary , you can complain if you want or get it from market." Pillow covers and bed sheet was with stain marks. Paint of room was ruined. No proper lights only a tubelight. Overall I was not expecting that from a Oyo hotel. .
