This apartment is close enough to city center, so you can reach the city center is 30 mins, but it’s close to the street so there could be difficult to sleep during the night

There is no closet in apartment 😕 and no iron( but you can ask for it. ;)

Very well equipped apartment with washing machine, double bed, shelf, aircon(!), ventilator, tv, kitchen (including fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, water kettle, stove, a bit of cooking equipment) a table and two chairs - everything you need. Located about 30min walk from the center, 4min from the tram, close to grocery shops and restaurants. Early checkin was possible, Ira was very friendly. Also, shower gel, shampoo and bedding as well as towels, oil, pepper and salt were supplied - very convenient for those travelling with light luggage.

You could hear the street (mostly during the yearly festival and during daytime) and neighbours (in one night but at 4am...) due to little isolation of the walls. It was also quiet bright and every time someone passed by the light on the terrace went on. Also some technical equipment was quiet loud. When the apartment door next door got slammed- which happened several times- the walls shook. A towel for the dishes could have been helpful, but that is a minor issue.

The property is located close to transportation. The friendly host helped us with early check-in and late check-out

The place had everything you need for a short stay. The wifi is super good and suitable to work from. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is new. It's also very close to the tram station, which makes it easy to go to the city center.

Everything was perfect. Everything you need was provided. Shower excellent. Bed comfortable. Heating good. Smart tv with Netflix, Amazon and YouTube. Washing machine, fridge, hob and microwave. Central location , short walks to center, trains,trams, mercadona. Property manager Ira is a phone call away. Check in is easy no matter what time you arrive. It’s in a busy neighborhood so can be noisy but that’s life. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper

All was good

Everything went really well, our contact with the host Ira was great she was always at the end of the phone & sent someone out to show us how to work the hob & heating, the flat was spotless & very well equipped, good facilities for making snacks, great transport basically at the bottom of the street was the tram stop & Ira even helped by booking our taxi to the airport

I wish there was an iron & ironing board, extra pillows & the position of the bed facing the television, there was a lot of noise at night time as we were bottom flat on the street so had lots if people & cars passing & could be quite noisy
