All was good

We liked the location, the bed, and the facilities in the apartment. We couldn’t ask for more—everything we needed was there.

The WiFi all of a sudden disconnected.

Good location, very central and close to the bus stops which takes you to Santa or the airport :) The apartment was clean, warm, had all the necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage, and the apartment was very quiet.

Nothing major, maybe the taking out the trash at the end of the stay is a bit of an overkill, but I understand it's the norm in Finland, so that's fine - there were, however, no trash bags to carry the recyclables in and the way to the recycling station was not 100% clear, so I found myself trying to carry the things and looking at the photo of the map on my phone to find the place, trying not to drop anything and not slip on the ice :))

Kodinomainen, viihtyisä ja siisti. Sijainti erinomainen. Paljon kaappitilaa. Kaapista löytyi mm. kaksi pulkkaa. Nykyaikaiset kodinkoneet.

Kodinkoneisiin olisi saanut olla käyttöohjeet. Lämmintä vettä oli hankala saada tulemaan hanoista ( suihkusta kuitenkin tuli lämmintä vettä) Majoituspaikassa olevassa ohjelapussa kaikki ovi-, wifi- ym. koodit väärin ( vanhentuneita?).

Cozy apartment in a fantastic location—perfect for exploring the area. I like the balcony.

Shower cream and shampoo weren’t provided, which would’ve been a nice touch.

Some amenities that would have been useful for a one-night stay were missing. For example, tea, sugar, a bottle of beer, or a review.
