USUnique place at the end of a quiet neighborhood street. Peaceful surroundings. We liked that it’s just four little bungalows together (we rented three for our group but probably should have/would have rented all four for our group had we understood that is the entire property). Great location for getting to Chichen-Itza. Nice to have a little fridge and microwave for our morning coffee. Good communication from the owner. Comfortable beds. One of the rooms had some sewer odor coming from the shower, which was the only major drawback.

ITUSLocation to Chichen Itza! Cleanliness, communication and price were all top notch. Great directions from the owner. Owner was very quick to respond to inquiries also.
Only minor complaint was that there were some barking dogs nearby, all night. Certainly not owners fault but definitely worth considering.
