GBGBGBLocation was good and parking on the street outside was great. The rooms were spacious and the house was warm with plenty of hot water.
The kitchen was unbelievably poorly equipped and the items were all dirty. One frying pan with the non stick all lifting off and scratched. 2 pans with 2 lids, a grater and 2 fine mesh sieves both dirty, a couple of plastic boxes. That is it! No teapot, cafetiere, oven or serving dishes, mixing bowls, salad bowl, colander. You would not be able to cook a meal. There were 4 mugs, plates, side plates, bowls, glasses and tumblers. Adequate cutlery but no serving spoons The empty kitchen cupboards were dirty. There was no tea cloths and a dirty dish sponge only. Nothing to clean the table or surfaces with. washing machine instead of a dishwasher is a strange choice. The floor boards on the landing are loose and feel as if there is a hole near the twin room door-certainly a trip hazard. The stair carpet is very badly fitted and not pushed into the corners between the tread and rise of the steps. Hold the hand rail to be safe. The front of a drawer on the chest of drawers fell off in the night and we found it was only held on with tape. The double bed mattress side has dropped so it feels like you could fall out of bed. The backs of all the dining chairs are broken and loose so you cant lean back on them. Generally clean otherwise but could be so much better with some thought of practicality. Certainly not brand new.

The furnishings were very minimal, no shelving anywhere, only 1 mirror in the whole house, only 5 dining chairs as one broken and one about to break. 2 dinner plates chipped, only 4 forks house is for 6. When booking it said it was a 3 bed house it's not it's 2..
GBGBThe beds were comfy, I love the amenities and the house was just so cosy.
Not so close to the city centre, but so easy to get a bus or an uber
