"The receptionist need more knowledge for his job"

Check in at 23:00 on 29/3 and wasn’t smoothy. As the receptionist requests me to pay for my booking event though the hotel has already got the confirmed of my payment via booking.com and he staff doesn’t have any idea about my booking. The other issue I should mention here is the bath towel is old and torn.

We came back to this hotel to see the improvement from the previous year stay. The hotel's spa is cheaper than Truong Tho spa near by. Lots of restaurant options surrounding the hotel. Breakfast was improved.

We still have disappoint with the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant does not serve wine to dining guest by glass during our stay. We have to purchase the whole bottle of wine from the bar on the ground floor. The price of red wine from Chile (1,400,,000 VND) is nearly triple compare to Cat Bi Coop mart (580,000VND)

Very convenient and closed to everything

The guests stayed in the room above us, making so much noise, we even can hear them turned the TV on the whole night.
