Personnel et confort literie

Le bruit! C'est insupportable, on entend absolument tout : les escaliers, les portes, les voisins qui regardent la TV, aux WC... J'ai très mal dormi du fait des nuisances sonores malgré la qualité de la literie. Je ne recommanderai Kyriad à personne, désolé pour l'établissement...

Personnel très bien

Nous avons eu des lits jumeaux séparés. Impossible de dormir en couple. J'aurais dû faire plus attention sur la réservation.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel accueillant au service du client. 2eme fois que je viens a cet Hôtel suis tres satisfaite. Petit déjeuner a volonté et tres varié avec des produits locaux. Un plus Parking privé gratuit et fermé.

La baignoire un peu haute et glissante pour vraiment trouver un point négatif dans les chambres avec des lits jumeaux au 1er étage.
