Very peaceful location with great views. Lovely taverna and beach just a 10 min walk away.

We felt an outdoor table and chairs would be a welcome addition as it’s always a treat to eat outside (especially when you’re from the UK!)

Very nice villa, completely new and fresh, nice interior and exterior. High-quality facilities and equipment. Beautiful sea view. Relatively close to the beach (10mins walk). Friendly cat was comming to visit us and asking for food and pet (we called her Maria). After check in we found everything for a greek salat already in the fridge as a welcome gift. The next day the host came at agreed time and gave us a quick overview about interesting places on island, recommendation what to visit and where to eat - it was very handy and really good reccomendations.

the instruction how to find our Villa (there are couple of them) was not very clear. Be very careful if you're going there with kids: there are no fence around the pool and you can fall very easy (or if you are drunk). The window in the shower is not transparent at day, but at night your fiends can see you in the shower if they are in the pool (because of light inside). We were in the end of season (beggining of October) and pool was already a bit cold (it's not heated), the fire place was not working (out of gas). Make sure you discussed it before arrival with host. The parking places limited. There are enough space for all villas guests, but you need to be a good driver for some of those places. This is not a cons, but be aware, that you need to have a car there! There is nothing to do except going to a beach without a car. Even the closest store is 5-10mins to drive.

We absolutely loved the apartment mainly because of the pool. The grill was also nice to have, we used it quite a few times. But in general it was nice location, the apartment was very nice and clean and had basically everything you need. Cleaning in half of our stay was appreciated. The host was great, gave us great tips for boat rental in Nydri etc.

The apartment has one door near the kitchen area which is connected to next apartment (it was locked) which caused that we could hear very much our loud neighbours (when they watched TV, talked loudly etc.). If there would be plain wall, we woudn't hear them that much for sure. It was very inconvenient when you have a child who goes to sleep earlier than adults and when you just want a quiet evening. The washing machine was not available for our apartment but we used laundromat in Vasiliki instead, so no big deal. The dishwasher would be nice as well. More storage space would but also appreciated,

The villa itself is truly perfect – stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and a beautiful atmosphere. One small remark: the windows are not well covered, so from the outside you can be clearly seen.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the company managing the villas. They promote Villa as an “extremely luxurious experience,” but in reality, their approach was purely business-like, with little to no personal touch. For example, when we arrived at the villa, no one greeted us. The keys were just left at the door, and that was all. I wasn’t even sure if it was our villa, as no one answered our calls. Later, we met another family from the complex, and they contacted the managing company. At the end of our stay, we faced a personal tragedy – the loss of a very close relative – and had to leave two days earlier. We asked for at least a partial refund or some kind of understanding, but the response was strictly business. This was a moment where genuine care and empathy would have meant so much, especially from a place that positions itself as premium. During our entire stay, no one from management ever visited us, even after the tragedy, despite being on-site. Before arrival, they sent countless messages offering extra paid services, yet when it really mattered, we felt completely alone. We even got a message from them with reminder to leave villa before 10:00 before out previous check out 🤦🏼‍♀️ The only person who showed true kindness and support was Olga – we are very grateful to her. Very sad :(

Villa este foarte nouă și este păcat ca personalul de curățenie să fie atât de neglijent cu lucruri pentru care unii plătesc. Nu este firesc cu personal de îngrijire să existe cuib de viespi deja instalat și păianjeni în casă și praf de construcții pe mobilier 😞

The pool was lovely very nice view

There were 67 steps to go down not good if you hand mobility issues no hand rails only left the villa 3 times out of 11 nights as I couldn't cope with the stairs.
