2 bathrooms, dining table and chairs comfortable. Good power shower and towels. Children's bed was comfortable and good storage in the bedrooms. We did receive some new trays and the alarm was fitted once I emailled on the first morning of our stay.

The master bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress. The cupboard above the bed was hanging off. Random tv cabinet in the bedroom with no tv on, just taking up space. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. The traffic noise was excessive. The oven, grill and hob desperately needed cleaning. The toaster didn't work. We had no trays for the oven and only 2 small saucepans. The kitchen utensils were very limited, not enough even for a family of 3. The coasters on the table were all written on. The smoke alarm was missing. The sofas were very uncomfortable and had food down the cushions. Kitchen surfaces had crumbs on and the dishwasher was full on arrival. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay and think a refund is due.

Absolutely gorgeous, well presented and clean. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. There was also a really handy folder that gave you all kinds of information. Would definitely recommend 👌

Was situated on a lovely site, but wasnext to a busy road, but couldn't be helped.it didn't spoil our experience.
