De Ren Tea Gardens

On top of the included breakfast, we booked a dinner of 300NTD per person. Upon the reservation I mentioned that I was allergic to shrimp and seafood. When dinner was served, two dishes contained shrimp. For 300NTD per person (expensive in Taiwan !), I would have expected some arrangement: 1 dish okay, I can skip it, but 2 dishes that's a bit too much. Especially since: one dish the shrimp were recognizable, and the second dish, the shrimp were mixed into it, I unfortunately took a bite but fortunately recognized the shrimp taste and didn't swallow the food. Thankfully I had my medication with me and as I didn't swallow the reaction was mild. This could have been a life threatening situation. This is unacceptable for a business working in hospitality. If you ask for the allergies of your guests, why do you not take it into account while preparing the meal ? This is not acceptable. At least care to mention there is seafood in the dishes !!!! And the worst ? The host laughed it off at fist, what kind of behavior is that ? When I explained that I had to take medication and it could have been serious, he understood and apologize saying his wife who prepared the food doesn't read english. Okay? But you did reply to me in english on the booking app. Anyways... this ruined the stay.

房間床頭都是灰塵，被單上有血漬沒洗乾淨，床單也一堆頭髮，後來有請老闆娘來換 另一間浴室的沐浴乳、洗髮精都是空的

6人房房間很大，。老闆，老闆娘人很客氣。民宿環境舒適。洗澡水壓大很舒服。

停車場夠大！ 水溫夠熱！ 沖洗身體還蠻舒服的！

房內沒有冷氣，有點悶！ 床雖然比較大，但是容易晃動！ 浴室水量稍嫌小， 洗澡不夠舒爽！ 優點是水溫夠熱！ 早餐菜色略顯簡單！ 整體而言CP值不太夠！
