the location is excellent, the apartment is nice and clean

the shower runs very slowly and if you travel in winter, it may be a little cold. There is an electric heater that heats well, but it has to be moved from one room to another. For us it was not a problem

Perfect location, 5 minutes walking to old town, close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops. Really nice typical Italian apartment, we were impressed by the interior. Easy communication with the host, he was very kind, helpful and responsive.

Not as clean as I wish to be, but I really appreciate that when I text host about this problem , he was able to visit apartment and clean it on the next morning ( appreciate and thanks again) however they need to work more on cleanliness( just advise) because the apartment is unique!

Perfect location. Prompt and excellent english communication with the owner / manager. Early check-in allowed (also depends on previous visitors though). Very clean apartment. Convenient and quiet AC in the bedroom. Convenient key box (self check -in /-out). Direct bus connection to airport (bus no 16).

We had to ask for key change due to damaged key (it was quick and without further problem). Low water pressure in the bathroom.

The apartment was located in the heart of Bari, a five minute walk from the old town. Inside, it was spacious, clean and well-maintained with air conditioning which was essential in the August heat. Good communication with the owner.

The only downside of the apartment is the bed in kitchen, which takes up a lot of space and is uncomfortable.

The location was very close to the city center and pretty close to the train station (15-17 minutes). Everything was spotless clean, which I loved. The sheets were very smooth and nice. And the apartament was beautifully decorated. I loved the framed ducks and chickens in the kitchen. The host also left some wine and crackers for us, which was very thoughtful. The communication with the host was flawless.

This is not on the host, but one morning there were some construction workers outside, from the building across the street, and it was very noisy starting from 7 AM.

The location is perfect. The flat is good and pretty spacious. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the heater was appreciated in the cold rainy spring days. Some small snacks, water and coffee capsules welcomed us.

However something we disliked a lot was the pressure of the shower water. Also, the layout for the third person's bed occupied the whole 'kitchen' which made it slightly uncomfortable.

This apartment is located close to both of old city and new city area. So we really enjoyed walking around the city. It also has quite Italian atmosphere in terms of interior design and architecture which made me feel as if I lived in Bari as a Italian.

Only thing I had to point out is bath room issue as everybody mentioned. That is Weak pleasure of shower and tiny space for shower. But personally this weak point didn’t surpass in the above attraction.

Excellent apartament located two minutes away from the Old Town and the main bus stops and restaraunts. Cozy atmosphere, good furnishing, clean and spacy.
