I didn't get to stay because the guy thought something that wasn't true. I had prepaid for the room when I reserved it. I didn't get my money back

Dirt cheap. Thats the only redeeming quality.

The obvious hookers which may or may not have been dead bodies, drug dealers, hearing multiple gunshots that were way too close for comfort. The facilities were completely falling apart.

Location, they have frigde and microwave, free wifi, good tv. Bed was comfortable. Quiet.

Rooms and other furniture kind of old. Restrooms poorly kept but functional.
