Owner and Caretaker was very approachable and accommodating! Stay was a whole better because of them.

Issues encountered are more on the building itself. Took a long time checking in because there were a lot of people in the lobby. And there’s a small issue with the smell inside the unit, not a big deal for me tho since there are alot of deodorizers provided. So kudos to that!

The location since it was close to the event we were attending in SMX.

Internet as there were times that it was slow that videos on the TV will not load. The electric fan was a bit dusty so we were not able to use it.

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. It was also located very close to the mall of asia and the seaside.

There is a gym and a swimming pool I the complex but I was not able to use them as they were only for the owner and tenant and not a guest. This was very frustrating as I needed the gym and pool daily due to an injury. The owner was helpful to change my status from guest to tenant but this was only done with a couple of days remaining on my stay. To make matters worse I had booked the apartment for 2 guests. I am a single guy so I was the only name down on the apartment. When I brought a date back to the apartment I was told by security that she was not allowed to enter. This was extremely embarrassing for her and infuriating for me. I had spoken with the owners and they added her to the guest list but this took 2 hours. It's not the owners fault but the future guests should know about how strict the security staff are at the complex. Every time I wanted to have a friend or a date come visit, I would have to send the owner a photo of their ID and get them registered. Completely unnecessary as I am the one responsible for the apartment and paying the fee.
