Young and motivated team at the reception :) We could fix everything with a translator Programm to minimize communication issues. The rooms is very beautiful and I loved the sea view from my balcony - I could even see sunsets from there. Whenever I got a problem there was someone to help me with ;) I stayed 25 days so i would recommend the place for a long staying trip. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance where you can rent out beach beds for 50000vnd. If you like breakfast there are plenty of places around and also in walking distance serving at 8 o clock almost everything but bring cash ;)

Pros: great location, modern facilities, clean rooms & friendly staff.

Cons: can be noisy, weak wifi sometimes, hot water doesn’t work properly in showers & many of the staff including receptionists don’t speak any English at all. Additionally, they charged us a late checkout fee when most hotels would waive this fee, especially consisting we stayed there for half a month.

Very helpful staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Didn't realise I'd paid twice and the receptionist came strait to my door to refund me one one of the payments

Rooms are OK, but loud Karaoke til late at night. Complains at the reception did not change a thing. (bad) Music keeps on banging, bass keeps the ceiling shaking. Nothing against a bit of party, but I dont need a rave in a hotel.

Great location, great amenities and amazing room.

WIFI was terrible, staff did not speak any English, taxi driver was supposed to pick me up but did not, and staff was not very responsive. So in general great location and great amenities but not best staff

It was clean and good furniture.

The most important thing: The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful, also communication was very difficult because they don't speak English. We used the shuttle service for 140,000 VND. We were 3 people and the car was so tiny, from Grab. When we looked at the Grab fee on our app, it was only VND53,000. Also be careful with the minibar. You don't refill it and say you drank it every day. There were a lot of noises in the building.
