We only like the location

There were cockroaches inside the room, no microwave, the bathroom was kinda dirty. towels were all worn out, no face towels, the plates,glasses,small appliances were not organized(you would not use it if you see it). water drain hose on one of the washers were not hooked up to the drain so i have to mop the bathroom or else it will be flooded. place was not ready for occupancy. I should get a refund. The caretaker was not present during the check out, only her son.

Our stay was from October 10 to 15, 2023, specifically in room 1431. Out of the three air-conditioned units, only one is functioning well. The WIFI and TV didn't work, and the power cord of the rice cooker was missing, making it unusable. There were no available waste bins or garbage bags. The beddings and pillows provided were obviously not washed after the last user(s). The entrance door handle on the outside of the room is defective; when pulled, it easily detaches. The exit door on the view deck cannot be locked, potentially allowing entry from the next door if done intentionally. Some light bulbs are already busted. The condo owner is not answering our calls. Therefore, our impression is that the owner might be a scammer and should not be allowed to use this platform.

The air conditioner in the bed is leaking.

Super convenient location. And the room is super cool which is a plus since it's summer.

Kitchen appliances such as microwave and the stove don't work which makes cooking impossible and we had to eat out almost our entire stay. The Wifi was fast but kept going out for some reason. There were many small cockroaches all over the unit. Communication with the owner was a bit hard in the beginning.

The units are dirty. There are cockroaches. Towels were left on the ref. Owner is not easy to deal with.

the location was indeed great .. very next to the MOA and sea side... the room size was probably just 16 sqmtr .. and suffocation .. while i was making the booking it showed 28 sqmtr .. but i am sure it was not to that... and the rent was expensive ..,.

the property needs timely furnishing and repair ... the washing machine outlet was blocked ! and the lights were tripping off every now and then ...

location is good, would be better if it was sea facing but it is close to everything.

too many cockroaches in the entire unit - even in bedroom and toilet!!!

I booked the room since the address says they are located in tower A but unfortunately we were told to stay in tower B which is very disappointing. The owner is not as responsive to details of the room. I stayed before in tower d and the owner is very kind to update us 2 days before our stay. Which i found it very responsible and informative.
