""Luxury" apartment"

Good location, far from the center if you choose to go on foot, but close proximity to metro station, which solves that issue. Good instructions for check in and other info.

The floor was not clean in the living room and hallway, there was hair all over there from previous guests. Also, the kitchen carpet has not been cleaned in a while, debree from snacks/meals all over it. The sofa bed felt like it was bought from a second hand shop. Plus, the insulation of the building is bad, to say the least. People in the apartment next to us had intercourse one night and we had the opportunity to "enjoy" an audio version of it. We were a family with a 3 year Probably the rest of the building also. If you plan on charging 120 EUR/night and market it as a luxury apartment, you should fix some of these issues.
