CAThe apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was very convenient for us because we had a flight at 7AM and had to return our rental car the day before our flight. We walked for 20-30 mins after dropping off our luggage in the appartment, driving to the airport (a 5-10 mins drive), and returning the rental car. There is a beautiful church right next to the apartment with a few shops and restaurants!
Being right next to the airport has the downside of noise whenever planes take off, and they take off right above the apartment (which is right under the roof on the last floor). It's interesting to watch the planes take off from the balcony, but scary in the middle of the night when you are trying to sleep. It seems the Heraklio airport does not stop planes from flying at night, so there were flights at 1AM and 4AM. We knew we would not sleep much, but carrying our luggage in the stairs (no elevator) twice in the span of 10 hours after a short night of sleep was not ideal.

AUThe property was very clean and a short walk from shops. There was a small balcony where could sit and have a drink. Great kitchen.
Maybe a bit picky but no soap holder in the shower.
NOThis apartment was beyond all expectations! It was so nice, beautiful decorated, close to airport (we landed at midnight) and quick response for question. I can highly recommend it!

The location of the apartment is literally at the end of the airport, so you will hear departing planes overhead, but it didn't bother me. For one night, it was fine. They also provided earplugs.

FRTrès belle location. Excellent lit. Beaucoup d'équipements.
Un peu éloigné du centre ville. Très proche de l'aéroport ( environ 2 kms) et du coup, on entend trop le décollage des avions jusqu'à minuit et à partir de 5 ou 6 heures du matin
