The Penthouse at Ty Gwyn

The bed was very comfy

This penthouse is a little gem. Its location is excellent, at the top of the main street, so close to everything but just at the top so avoids any noise. The weather was poor but the apartment was very cosy and warm with everything we needed for a relaxing stay . The sofa and the bed were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our break. Carl met us and was friendly and helpful and we felt the stay was great value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or rebook if we come back to stay in Llandudno.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

There was nothing to dislike but any prospective holiday maker with mobility issues pay due attention to the amount of stairs to access the property from the street; access the apartment on the second floor and access the bedroom on the top floor. (A recommendation- more lighting needed specifically for the attic stairs. Very dark at night when accessing downstairs bathroom.)

very noisy on weekends property close to several bars/pubs which were open till 2am, didnt get to sleep till 3-4am fri/sat property in need of basic maintanence/open power socket in living room is dangerous and the property will benefit from double glazing to minimise noise on weekends

Central location within strolling distance of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. Off street nearby parking space. Carl is a very attentive host and quickly responded to our query.

Quite a lot of steps to climb for people of our age, but our fault for not realising this.

Very central to the town and close to seafront.

It was in a great location the.owner was very friendly and we had out own parking spot which was great. Everything was provided for.our stay.

We were in the penthouse and there were so many steep steps the one.lot came right upto the bottom of the bed, I was scared my dog would fall down in the night as he.moves about alot so we put our case there a sliding gate would be.ideal
