Nice shower with hot water and warm blanket. Location close to the center

The only staff that communicated with me was a little girl, about 12years old. There was also old lady sitting in the corner of the room, but the checking in/out was done only by the girl. I was charged different amount of money and later on was notified by Booking that I didn't show up at all. The room was dirty and thanks to construction work next door there was always a lot of noise and smell. Front doors are permanently locked and you have to ask them to be let out and then back in. Inconvenient. First night I was woken by someone trying to open my door and when it didn't work, hitting it repeatedly. In the morning I found another key in the lock from the hallway!! I didn't feel safe there afterwards..

Muy buen alojamiento en Ollantaytambo con muy buen desayuno; Pan, café el que quieras, dos huevos fritos y mermelada. Buena cama y habitación cómoda Mis respetos a Maria que nos atendió de diez. Además nos hizo de guia, ¿que más se puede pedir?

Excelente atención y orientación para organizar los lugares a visitar.

Comme dans beaucoup de propositions booking, la description de la chambre n'est pas très claire et on se retrouve avec une chambre sans fenêtre. On est alors obligé de payer un supplément pour avoir une fenêtre.
