The staff were friendly and approachable. The front desk staff made checking in and out easy, and they were happy to provide local recommendations. Though the hotel is modest, the service felt warm and personal, which added to the positive experience.

This is the beste hotel we have been during our trip in Hoi An ! The stuff is wonderful, friendly and you always have the option to contact them by e.g. Whats app for any reasons like laundry issues . All areas are very clean and good smeeling!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 day here in April 2025. Fabulous hotel in a remote location by the beach, cbut the service from the team throughout is what made this hotel stand out for us. They were , friendly and fun. To name a few...Tien and Thoa .Nothing was too much trouble and all of our trips/needs taken care of. Thank you for a very memorable stay :)

The location is a bit far from the center, but in return, the hotel is new and beautiful, the room is spacious, has a balcony, the air is fresh and quiet, fully equipped, the bed is comfortable. The price this season is only 200,000 VND, which is very ok.

Hey guys I honestly got nothing bad to say about the Hotel. Everything was good. The service was good and even location was good. I have no complaints about the place. My room was pretty good, If I had a problem I would just tell the staff. I liked the location being abit far from town simply because It gave me a reason to ride my hired bike into town and explore the area. Other than that. Yeah I do recomend the place. Whether you are a backpacker or just your avarage holiday goer. It's a 3 star hotel guys so don't go there thinking it's a 5 star. You get what you pay for. There's plenty of other hotels out there guys. Wish you all best, staff and customers 👍

It's hard to write something new. It's beyond all expectations. The staff makes this happen, with their impeccable work. Very good value for money, the evening programs are enjoyable! The Hotel are fantastic in size, the equipment and facilities are of high quality. The hotel's garden is very beautiful. Highly recommended!

* My family traveled to Hoi An, at first I planned to stay in the old town but I changed my booking. Although Ngoc Hoa Hotel is far from the old town, the space here is much quieter. * The hotel rooms are very new and beautiful, and are cleaned every day so they are very clean. * The hotel owner is also very enthusiastic in supporting us during our stay at the hotel.

Absolutely amazing owners and value! The owners were incredibly nice and helpful, even letting me borrow their motorbike when I ended up being in a tight spot and needed help! The property was also incredibly clean, and the room had every accommodation I needed.
