Three O Nine Hotel

People working at hotel were friendly. Especially thank you Ahmad at the terrace for the nice chit chat. And making us drinks while we're waiting our flight.

We got followed by beggers on street to our hotel , bathroom was smelling really bad.

The hotel has a nice hall with a bar and a restaurant. The rooftop with a bar and a yacuzzi is amazing like the stunning view on Beiurt!

Rooms are nice but can be improved

The hotel is situated in Hamra, a beautiful, authentic, vibrant and safe close to the American University Beirut (AUB). Within a few minutes of walking, you can reach streets with distinguished bars and restaurants or the corniche to watch the setting sun over the Mediterranean. From the rooftop, you have a fantastic view over Beirut. You even have a pool with great food. The staff of the hotel is amiable and helpful. In general, you can feel the hospitality all over the place.

The only thing to improve is the WiFi.

This is the best location, if the purpose of your visit is the AUB. The employees are all excellent - friendly and professional. I would like to highlight the great quality of the menu in the restaurant (also available via room service. Great Healthy options are available, which is not very common for a hotel.

Internet could be better.

The rooftop is amazing, the rooms, the service and the location.
