The front desk employees was polite but getting into the room was a problem. The access was broken, I had to change the room because it was nasty. The room I changed to was nasty and I had to use towels to lay on cause the sheets looked stained. I’m retired military and I felt better in a tent outside. I requested for a refund that night but was told it couldn’t be done until the manager came in that morning. So I stayed until early that morning until I just couldn’t take no more but left a message requesting refund. Never heard from management. Also no soap except shower and 2 towels. Un acceptable.

Located right next door to a Valero very convenient to go get snacks. Uber eats deliveries were very quick. The hotel is an older hotel but it was very clean and well maintained.

Room was dirty. Hair in shower and on sheets. Microwave was smoking and had a burned hole through the inside wall. Fridge did not work. Front desk staff were unpleasant.
